We’ve all felt the fear of walking into a gym after a long time away (or maybe for the first time). It can be very daunting, and questions roam round your head like:
- “Will everyone know what they’re doing?”
- “Will I feel out of place?”
- “Will everyone look at me?”
If you’ve ever felt this way and any of these questions are going around your head, then I’m here to say a big hello and welcome, as Fearless Fit is just the place you’ve been looking for.
I’m Terri and I created Fearless Fit as a place to help women train in the way they want without judgment, fear or intimidation. Here, we’re all about support, fun and results.
We’re nothing like a traditional gym and believe that all women deserve a place to work out where they feel comfortable, respected and welcomed.
Here’s what to expect with us:
- No ego, no pressure – whether you haven’t exercised in a decade or you’re just looking for something gentle, classes are built to meet you where you are and encourage results.
- Supportive instruction – I’m all about guidance, not force. I explain everything in plain language and show you ways to improve all aspects of your life to help you feel confident.
- Judgement-free – everyone here is on their own journey. There are no comparisons and there’s no competition, just friendly support both in sessions and outside too via twice-monthly check-ins and a private WhatsApp group.
- Small, friendly classes – you’ll never feel lost in the crowd at Fearless Fit. All sessions are welcoming and aim to build confidence and fun.
So, if you’re feeling worried – just know it’s completely normal, and know you’ll be met with smiles, support and encouragement from the moment you step inside.
Here you don’t have to ‘get fit first’ before joining us, you don’t need the right clothes, or to know the equipment, or even enjoy exercise (yet), you just need to show up and we’ll take it from there.
