Your adrenaline fulled boxing session. It’s designed for maximum effect. Energy is set to high with bass beats. Expect fast footwork, powerful combos and some serious cardio work. But, no experience needed, this class is for everyone – just bring your attitude.

Dance hall Resistance Bands

Here you’ll fee the rhythm and fire up your muscles too. We blend dance hall inspired moves with resistance band training to tone your arms, core and lower body. And, best of all, we do all this while dancing to some infectious beats.

Your ultimate lower body sculpt session. Here you’ll be focusing on toning glutes, thighs and legs through targeted bodyweight and light resistance moves. This is your fun high rep class where you can expect to feel the burn.

Your ultimate body reset. This low-impact class focuses on increasing flexibility, joint mobility and body awareness. It’s ideal for injury prevention or those needed to release tension.

This is your classic cardio blast with a modern twist. We’ll perform dynamic routines that boost endurance, coordination and lower body strength. You’ll love the great music, great sweat and zero boredom.

Lower Body Focus

Through progressive weight training, we’ll strengthen and define your glutes, hamstrings and quads. We’ll be making use of barbells, dumbbells and all the machines that will help you to do some heavy lifts and make some serious gains.

Hyrox Circuits

This class mimics the real hyrox race format with a mix of functional movements, strength stations and cardio burns. Expect sled pushes, rowers, wall balls, lunges and more in high-intensity intervals. It’s grit, endurance and power all in one big circuit, so you can train like a hybrid athlete.

Upper Body Focus

Here we’ll be weight lifting with a focus on targeting your chest, back, arms and shoulders with controlled, form-focused lifting. We’ll build lean muscle and upper body strength through structured sets and progressive overload.
